Professional Development

In order to support teachers interested in implementing Model UN in the curriculum, UNA-GB organizes professional development opportunities throughout the year. Please check back to the web site for more information and new opportunities as they are added.

Teaching Global Issues through Model UN

This two-day workshop offers teachers the opportunity to learn how to bring the benefits of Model UN into the classroom. It also provides Model UN advisors with useful ideas for building Model UN skills and helping students to prepare for a Model UN conference. Workshop participants spend time examining Model UN as an effective classroom tool that can be easily integrated into existing curricula.
