A Taste of Ethiopia
Young Professions International Cooperative (YPIC) of Greater Boston, a program of the United Nations Association, invites you to join us for a Taste of Ethiopia. Find out more by clicking here.

Young Professionals for International Cooperation (YPIC) is a diverse group of individuals who share a passion for international affairs and an interest in the work of the United Nations. We organize a variety of events throughout the year in order to create an active dialogue and connect local and global issues. We meet in both formal settings for lectures and talks on current issues as well as for informal networking at local restaurants and cafes.

YPIC members are typically between the ages of 21-40, and are from the fields of business, law, government, nonprofit, and the arts. YPIC provides an exciting opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals and gives young professionals from all walks of life a unique forum in which to learn more about current international issues, the United Nations, and the work of the UN Association.

YPIC of Greater Boston is a Program of UNA-GB. Membership is open to all UNA-GB members.

YPIC Events are listed on UNA-GB's main calendar. YPIC Salon, an informal discussion about an international topic, meets monthly in the Cafe at Border's Bookstore in Downtown Crossing on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30. Other events are held regularly throughout the year.

Past YPIC events have included:

  • International Restaurant Outings
  • Speakers and discussions on pressing international topics
  • Wine and Cheese with UNA-GB President Arthur Holcombe
  • YPIC Night of 1000 Dinners to benefit Adopt-A-Minefield
