Yuko is a passionate non-profit professional with over two decades of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, managing global accounts, leading strategic planning efforts, launching new fundraising initiatives, and working with diverse stakeholders to build new innovative programs to drive growth for the organization.

She has lived most of her life between cultures, having been born and raised in Japan but educated in International Schools in Yokohama and continuing her education at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania.

She is a strong believer in the power of “thinking deeply with others” and finds immense joy in seeing the possibilities of our younger generation.
