Join our Annual Meeting at the Boston Public Library to understand UNAGB’s impact in the past year and upcoming 2020 priorities, including a renewed focus on adult programming and the Sustainable Development Goals. The keynote speaker will be Harvard Law Graduate and Fellow, Erum Khalid Sattar, who will discuss clean water and water rights.

ERUM SATTAR teaches water law and policy at Tufts University and will be a Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore School of Law in 2020. She received her Doctorate in Juridical Sciences (S.J.D.) from Harvard Law School (HLS, 2017) with a focus on water federalism and trans-boundary water sharing in the Indus River Basin. Her research explores legal and institutional histories for their contemporary relevance at a time of extreme weather and water stress on populations, ecosystems and governance. Prior to Harvard, she qualified as a Barrister-at-Law from The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
